Sweetgrass is a locally owned and operated cannabis company rooted in the Kootenays, focused on producing high-quality organic craft cannabis. Our products include flower, extracts, and edibles sold across BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec, and international export markets.

The Role
The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Coordinator owns the end-to-end flow of product from order intake through fulfillment. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all systems while proactively planning packaging and inventory based on demand trends.
This role is both operational and analytical requiring the ability to build and improve systems in a fast-evolving environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- The full lifecycle of orders from intake to shipment
- Inventory accuracy across systems
- Packaging planning based on orders, demand, and capacity
- Coordination with the packaging team to ensure execution
- Identifying gaps, issues, and improving how things are done
Success Looks Like:
- Orders go out accurately and on time
- Inventory is reliable and aligned across systems
- Packaging is planned ahead
- Issues are identified early and solved quickly
- Systems get better over time
This Role Requires:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and data
- Comfort learning and using new software
- Ability to think ahead and solve problems independently
- Clear communication and strong team collaboration

Compensation
- $30–$35/hour depending on experience and performance
- Full-time hours
Location
This role is based in the Kootenays and requires being on-site. We’re prioritizing candidates who are currently living in the area.
