We are immediately seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team at Luxbuilt Legacy Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers at their homes, and gathering their information.
Responsibilities
- Super simple knocking, meeting people, and holding conversation! Conduct door-to-door sales questions to potential customers in assigned neighborhoods.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Collab, with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth. Monthly mindset meetings in office
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to help shape product offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. You don't need to know construction. Everybody Needs something done, its up to us to find out what.
Qualifications
- Ability to ask questions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
