1. Why come work at Petawawa Kia?
- $100,000 to $120,000/yr or more! This is where our top guys landed last year. They averaged around $60 to $65 for every hour they were on the property.
- 80 hour guarantee. If you make more on flat rate then that is how we pay you. Period. No fancy pay plans, $38 bucks an hour, straight up. Hourly or Flat rate, whatever works best for you on that particular pay period. If something gets jammed up, don't worry, we have your back with our guarantee. I doubt you'll ever need it but it's there, just in case. If you show up you get paid, just like everyone else in the department. Right?
- 4 day week sound good to you? 5 day weeks are great for us, but we can work with you for 4 as well!
- Paid training. Do a day of training and get paid the equivalent of what you billed out on an average day over the two prior weeks. Normally flag 12 hours a day? Then you get paid 12 hours a day for training, I know weird right? Driving to Toronto for training? We lend you a car, pay the gas and pay $38/hr for nine hours of driving on top of your 12 hours a day. No B.S.
