Anishnabe Long-Term Care Centre is seeking caring, dependable, and adaptable individuals to join our team as Integrated Services Workers (ISWs). This unique cross-trained position offers the opportunity to support multiple departments while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
As an Integrated Services Worker, you will provide operational support in Dietary Services, Housekeeping, and Recreation & Activities, helping ensure residents receive exceptional care and services in a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with meal preparation, meal service, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation
- Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms, common areas, and service spaces
- Assist with laundry services as required
- Support recreational programs and activities for residents
- Escort residents to and from activities
- Work collaboratively across departments based on daily operational needs
- Follow all infection prevention, food safety, WHMIS, and organizational policies
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging home for our residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in long-term care, healthcare, hospitality, or a similar environment is considered an asset
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in multiple departments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to perform cleaning, lifting, standing, walking, and other job-related duties
- Food Handler Certification, WHMIS, and Infection Prevention training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain one)

Position Details
- Status: Part-Time Casual
- Rate of Pay: $21.44 per hour
- Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
