What You'll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in supporting both our retail customers and service department by providing accurate, efficient, and professional parts assistance.
Duties
- Researching and sourcing parts for customers and technicians
- Providing accurate pricing and product information
- Selling parts to retail customers and internal service departments
- Processing special-order parts requests
- Keeping customers informed on order status and notifying them when parts arrive
- Supplying parts to technicians as required
- Managing warranty parts and ensuring proper inventory procedures are followed
- Restocking shelves and maintaining clean, organized displays
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Assisting with other departmental duties as required
What We're Looking For
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous automotive parts experience (preferred)
- Experience with CDK Drive (an asset)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
