Torcan Lift has been providing its customers with quality aerial lift and material handling equipment in and around the Greater Toronto Area since 1999. Torcan Lift Equipment is seeking to hire a full time rental coordinator. Our team is looking for a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual who is ready to grow and excel in their career!
Qualifications:
- Great understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience using Texada Software is an asset
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Excellent verbal and written Skills
- Previous sales and or heavy equipment background
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Strong work ethic
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing rental equipment reservations
- General knowledge of the units (Scissor Lifts, Aerial Lifts, Telehandlers, and Forklifts)
- Creating and maintaining rental agreements
- Working closely with third-party vendors at times
- Monitoring and ensuring logbook compliance with our drivers / service department
