Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant to join our home based office. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong English, and organizationalclerical skills, proficiency with office software, and exceptional communication abilities. Responsibilities
- Build relationships on the phone with our candidates.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Input candidate information to their application form
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update records accurately using Microsoft Office applications
- Handle inputting of candidate information on their file through a specific program.
- Collect, organize and scan candidates supporting documents
- Qualifications
- Proven office experience or clerical experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Clear handwriting and strong English spelling
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy
- Attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Prior secretarial experience

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
