What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the construction of decks, pergolas, fences, and other hardscaping projects.
- Help with site preparation, including measuring, digging, and laying foundations for structures.
- Carry out various construction tasks like mixing concrete, installing posts, and cutting materials.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of deck boards, railings, and other components.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Operate hand tools and machinery as needed, following safety protocols.
- Support team members in various construction or manufacturing projects.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects to the highest standards and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is an asset but not required.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Physical strength and stamina, as the job involves lifting and manual labor.
- A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a common goal.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
