Interior Elite Contracting Ltd. is looking for a skilled individual to join our team. This job will consist of a variety of tasks both customer facing and behind the scenes to support our accounting team as necessary.
If you have a great outgoing personality and thrive in a creative and fast paced construction environment, then you will be the perfect fit for our team. A degree in business with experience in accounting or previous experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset but is not required.

The receptionist is key to a smooth running business. The areas of responsibility are as follows:
General Responsibilities
- Greeting all customers when they come into the showroom and helping answer any general inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and orderly showroom
- Answering and directing all phone inquiries
- Creating signage for showroom and job sites
- Office supply inventory maintenance
- Data entry for existing and new clients
- Assisting with marketing events as required
- Receiving customer contracts and payments
- Sorting ingoing and outgoing mail
- Assisting project managers with data entry and scheduling tasks
- Assisting with donation requests as required
- Vehicle maintenance and inspection tracking
- Marketing activities including monitoring and posting on social media, arranging printing of marketing materials and organizing project photography
Accounting Responsibilities
- Data and receipt entry as required
- Filing of invoices and receipts as required
Required Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Familiarity with construction specific accounting would be considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
