Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shift Manager to join our Domino’s team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, online orders, and in-store inquiries
- Take and make orders accurately and quickly
- Handle payments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with order issues or complaints in a calm manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends preferred)
