About the Role
Papizza Co. is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our growing restaurant. This is a dual-role position where you’ll assist with both pizza preparation and front counter operations. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
- Learn pizza-making procedures and maintain food quality.
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders in-store, by phone, and through online platforms.
- Handle pickup and takeout orders efficiently.
- Process payments using the POS system.
- Keep the front counter, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or pizza shop is an asset, but not required.
