Part-Time Maintenance Assistant (~10 Hours/Week)
Dream Team Landscaping is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Assistant to help keep our equipment and vehicles in top condition.
This position is approximately 10 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule. It's ideal for a retired individual, someone who enjoys working with tools, or anyone looking to fill an extra day in their week.
Responsibilities
- Clean and detail company trucks
- Sharpen mower blades
- Perform basic inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Check and change oil on lawn mowers and small equipment
- Clean, organize, and maintain the shop and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs that need attention
- Pick up parts or supplies as required
Schedule
Approximately 10 hours per week.
Work can be completed on:
Flexible hours available.
Requirements
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Mechanically inclined and able to perform routine maintenance
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience maintaining lawn equipment, trailers, or light-duty vehicles is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
