To support our rapid growth, we are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team. We offer two flexible career paths tailored to your financial goals and experience level: an In-house Salary + Bonus model or a Commission-based Independent Broker model.

Option 1: In-house Insurance Advisor (Salary + Bonus Model)

- Includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance-based bonuses/commissions.
- Ideal for newly licensed individuals or those looking to transition into the industry with a safety net.
Option 2: Independent Insurance Broker (Commission-Based Model)
- Perfect for self-starters and experienced brokers who want maximum freedom and unlimited earning potential.
- Includes a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure (both new business and renewals).
- Flexible remote working environment—you run your own business with our robust back-end support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions across various lines:
- Auto & Home Insurance
- Tenant, Condo, & Landlord Insurance
- Commercial / Business Insurance
- Generate accurate quotes, explain coverage options clearly, and guide clients through the application process.
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent, proactive customer service.
- Stay informed about underwriting guidelines and shifting insurance market trends.
Qualifications
- RIBO License is required (Active licensees are highly preferred). No license yet? Motivated candidates without a license are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client service.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a strong asset.
- Multilingual ability (e.g., Mandarin/Cantonese) is considered a significant asset.

Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
