We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing high-end sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and multilingual abilities to contribute to our company's growth. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Engage with clients via phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels to promote products and services
- Conduct outside sales activities, including visiting potential clients and dealership partners
- Negotiate deals effectively to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue
- Support B2B sales efforts by establishing strong relationships with business partners and dealerships
- Manage sales documentation, proposals, and contracts with attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments
- Demonstrated success in high-end or luxury product sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in sales management or supporting a sales team is a plus
- Multilingual skills, particularly fluency in Spanish or other languages, are highly desirable
- Familiarity with dealership operations or car retail environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts and maintaining detailed records
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
