Role Overview:
As a Kinesiologist at Craven SPORT Services, you will play a vital role in our integrated healthcare team. You'll collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing. From Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) to LTD and WCB cases, you'll provide expert care in a supportive gym environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize clients' physical capabilities and wellbeing.
- Provide expert care for Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), LTD, WCB, and private patients within our state-of-the-art gym facilities.
- Participate in our collaborative client care model, ensuring holistic and comprehensive support tailored to each client's needs.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, funders, and the community to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of a University Kinesiology degree program.
- Registered member in good standing with the Kinesiology Association of Saskatchewan (KAS).
- Certification in Clinical Exercise Physiology (CESP) preferred.
- Passion for the field of kinesiology and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- 3-5 years of experience in kinesiology, ideally within a rehabilitation setting.
- 3-5 FTE years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach both one on one and group training.
