Manager, Clinic Services (Clinician Leader) – Preston, SK

The Manager, Clinic Services, reporting to the Area Director, is responsible for creating a clinic environment that reflects CBI Health’s purpose, values, and client promise. This role is instrumental in developing team members and delivering high-quality clinical care, while strengthening partnerships that support client outcomes and clinic growth.
The Manager, Clinic Services leads the clinic in delivering exceptional client care, clinical excellence, and strong business outcomes across services including physical rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and mental health.
Take a look at what you’ll do each day:
- Foster and support clinic team engagement with local physicians and funders (WCB, Auto Insurance Adjusters, LTD), while building referral relationships
- Provide input into clinic business decisions, service delivery models, and team development aligned with strategic goals
- Coach, mentor, develop, and performance manage clinical and non-clinical team members
- Support onboarding to build a talent-rich, high-performing team focused on client care excellence
- Provide clinical services and ensure access to care through high-quality service provision
- Set and deliver on clinic goals aligned with strategic priorities
- Monitor client care and outcomes through file reviews and clinical indicators, ensuring compliance with data collection standards
- Lead the administrative team to support efficient scheduling and access to care
- Drive service excellence and ensure consistent clinical service delivery standards
- Create individualized, evidence-based care plans and support clients in achieving sustainable outcomes
- Assess, communicate, and provide hands-on treatment
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science (or equivalent)
- Registration in good standing with your professional regulatory body
- Experience in a private clinic or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
