Tips + bonuses that can add up to 15,000$ to 20,000$ per annum.

What you'll own:
Lead, schedule and develop a tight-knit front-of-house team — setting the tone for every shift.
Drive sales performance, manage costs, and contribute directly to the restaurant's growth and profitability.
Champion a guest experience that turns first-timers into regulars — every single visit.
Oversee daily operations including reservations, inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance.
What we're looking for:
2+ years in a supervisory or management role within a full-service, higher-end restaurant
Natural leader who earns trust quickly and keeps a team motivated under pressure
Financially literate — comfortable with P&L basics, labour costs, and KPIs
Food Safe certified (or willing to obtain); Serving It Right required
Genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality — not just a job, a craft
