WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
· Industrial Electrician License(#442A) preferred, (309A accepted with enough industrial experience)
· 5 years in a Canadian manufacturing environment – preferably in Ontario
· Fluent with Ontario Electrical Code
· Panel building experience
· Experience with moving assembly line equipment systems
· Fluent with electrical wiring, control components and analog control loops
· Experience with VFDs and Servo systems
· Intermediate to advanced PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000)
· Experience and understanding of pneumatic systems
· Knowledge of plant air supply and steam systems
· Familiarity with hydraulic components and systems
· Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Good written and communication skills
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills
· Light to heavy lifting required
· Ability to accurately follow operator instructions related to each specific task
· Time flexible and able to work various or rotating shifts
· Have own tools and experience of using various power tools
· Initiatives to take corrective actions
· Team player, hard worker responsible and reliable person
· Must follow all safety regulation and Policies
Job content overview:
The position involves ensuring the reliable operation of plant electrical and control equipment. PM tasks and routine maintenance of various plant equipment. Pneumatic system maintenance and installations, electrical work, troubleshooting and rebuilding of various equipment. Robot maintenance and repair background. Inform immediate supervisor when quality problem occurs.
Pay: From $45.48 per hour
