Responsibilities:
· Greet & attend to all clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Answer all phone calls quickly and courteously.
· Professionally assist doctors, staff, and clients with any requests.
· Schedule appointments.
· Assist Chiropractors with providing heat for patients, reporting, and any other duties they may require.
· Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and faxing.
· General cleaning.
Requirements:
· Positive, personable attitude.
· Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Competency with computer programs.
Part-time to start – 15-20 hours/week
