Customer Success Manager | US & Canada Residents Only
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Salary: $83,000–$118,000 CAD
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and strategic Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, lead client communication, and support account growth.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to assigned clients—helping them understand performance, solve challenges, identify growth opportunities, and stay aligned with our internal team.
This is a highly client-facing role for someone who can confidently lead calls, manage escalations, communicate strategy, and keep client accounts moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Manage client communication through email, Zoom, phone, and other channels.
- Build strong relationships with blue-collar business owners and home service clients.
- Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing account management.
- Run strategy and reporting calls independently.
- Review client performance and clearly explain results, insights, and next steps.
- Create pre-call plans and post-call action reports.
- Coordinate with media buyers, fulfillment teams, leadership, and clients.
- Manage support requests, client concerns, and escalations.
- Create and manage tasks in ClickUp.
- Quality-check completed work before or after delivery when needed.
- Identify upsell and account growth opportunities.
- Recommend strategies that support client goals and business growth.
- Improve workflows, processes, and the overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience working in a marketing agency or service-based agency.
- Experience working with home service businesses such as HVAC, roofing, landscaping, or similar industries.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to confidently lead conversations and handle challenging client questions.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Experience supporting client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Comfortable managing escalations professionally and effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with blue-collar business owners.
Nice to Have
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or another client-facing role.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid ads platforms.
- Experience developing and presenting client growth strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
