We hired a gentleman 14 months ago and he is very happy making very good money; Took us a year to find him.
We are in need of a Community Agent - someone deeply involved in their community or culture who can introduce us to individuals and families who may have never heard of us through more traditional means. Casual or Part time to start. Company hours are on our website, but you may generally set your own hours - except when presenting a lead requires meetups or meetings at the showroom. Must be computer-literate and have experience dealing with people. Will be making connections and collaborating with the on-site sales team, and must treat all people to whom you represent our business with respect and demonstrate a sincere desire to help them by connecting them others on our team.
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and comfort products that meet their needs and preferences
- Manage account information and collaborate with a team through accurately through a Customer Relationship Management platform
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and sales events
- Maintain organized material and ensure the showroom is inviting ahead of on-site meetings
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or marketing-related environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and basic math
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and present products as opportunities arrise
- Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and maintaining positive customer experience
- Experience in account management, and/or marketing
