Overview
Believe Logistics Inc. is hiring reliable and experienced Owner Operator Truck Driver to join our transportation team with at least 2 years of experience and clean driving record. We are a newly established company backed by over 8 years of industry experience. This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks independently to deliver freight efficiently in Canada and USA. Bi-Weekly or semi-monthly payments options.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight over designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle operability
- Coordinate with dispatchers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues during transit
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety standards and regulations
- Operate heavy equipment responsibly when required for freight handling or site operations
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as forklifts is a plus
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in transportation
- Experience with freight handling and logistics coordination is desirable
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Pay: $1,600.00-$2,500.00 per week
