Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
- Provide excellent guest services by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and customizing treatments to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and new services through engaging product demos and upselling techniques.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests warmly, and processing payments efficiently.
- Conduct retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty tools that enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Support team efforts by participating in training sessions, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, answer questions, and provide professional guidance.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling products, and conducting product demos confidently.
- Proficiency in performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care techniques.
