Summary
We are seeking a talented Revit model creator, designer, technologist, or architect to join our dynamic team. Based in Waterloo, you will contribute to diverse projects from initial planning through design and construction documentation, helping us bring visionary concepts to life. Our current projects range from unique affordable housing developments to Long-term care homes.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and drawings using Revit to support project phases from concept to construction.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate ideas into accurate digital representations.
- Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documents, including details and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure model accuracy and project coherence.
- Assist in reviewing design development models for quality control.
- Contribute to innovative design solutions that align with client needs and project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Revit
- Strong drafting skills and knowledge of building systems.
- Ability to interpret architectural schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction details and sequencing.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
