Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and responsible Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support in a nurturing environment for our 3 children as well as light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a safe, engaging, and positive atmosphere for children while assisting with daily routines and activities. Duties
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Supervise and care for children
- Take children to and from school and to appointments
- Tend to emotional well-being of children
- Help children with homework
Skills
- Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting
- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices, including safety protocols and child development principles
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine love for working with kids
- Strong organizational skills for managing daily routines and activities
- Basic cleaning skills to maintain a tidy environment for children
- Teaching abilities to support early learning and developmental milestones
Pay: $20.85 per hour
