The key responsibilities of parts advisor:
Managing inventory and order parts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Establish rapport with wholesale and retail customers, in person and over the phone.
Resolve customers needs and/or locate his/her required parts or service.
Suggest and offer related parts and/or service in which customer might be interested.
Track inventory, reorder inventory as needed and special-order inventory.
Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
Work closely daily with the Technicians in service shop.
Research the availability of parts, within the dealership inventory system or from other necessary sources.
The required qualifications to become a potential asset to our team begins with having strong organization and time management skills. Must be a person of professionalism, reliable and consistent. Someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful. Must have ability to meet all physical requirements such as heavy lifting and/or having to stand for long periods. Successful candidate must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving history. Bilingualism is an asset.
