Summary
We are seeking the right candidate to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and reliability in the commercial restaurant equipment sector.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various types of kitchen equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances
- Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Ability to learn new technology with ongoing training and manufacturer certification
- Must be able to participate in the on call rotation once a month.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience or Education in appliance service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Gas certification an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license
- Be organized, accountable and self motivated
