As an HDPE Sales and Service Support Representative, you will support the HDPE team by assisting with customer inquiries, sales administration, service coordination, documentation, and operational activities. Through training and hands-on experience, you will develop technical product knowledge and gain exposure to purchasing, sales support, and project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain records and documentation related to fusion equipment and rental assets

Assist with scheduling and coordinating HDPE fusion services and activities

Support customer inquiries by providing timely service and technical information

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated and fulfilled

Assist with purchasing and sales-related activities as knowledge and experience within the role develop
