Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience.
- Proven experience installing Tremco BURmastic®, PowerPly®, or other cold-applied roofing systems.
- Experience with SBS modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), insulation installation, and flashing details.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a crew.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install Tremco cold-applied roofing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Complete tie-ins, flashings, penetrations, and detailing to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive jobsite.
- Coordinate with project managers and inspectors to ensure successful project completion.
