We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receives and manages calls from customers regarding TDG’s product line in a call center environment
- Record and update customer information, in and out calls, follow up, track next actions in system
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up
- Communicates with customers in a professional manner on a one on one basis to identify and asses customer needs, to promote and maintain customer satisfaction
- Proactively ensure customer’s demands and satisfactions are met or exceeded
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Open new customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Generate sales leads when possible and report to Business Development Managers (BDM)
- Liaison between all internal functions including BDM’s to ensure cohesive and optimal performance
- Ensure sales managers are informed of all unresolved complaints/inquiries
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and practices
- Ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency and execution
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Proactive approach
