The Accounting and Inventory Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining the operational flow of our financial and inventory systems. This position is responsible for end-to-end management of accounts payable and receivable, multi-province tax reconciliation, inventory lifecycle oversight, and the seamless integration between our e-commerce platform and SAP ERP environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a cross-functional role that bridges finance, operations, and logistics.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitoring and processing invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and bookkeeping in SAP.
- Maintaining inventory levels, receiving new items, creating SKUs, and updating Echo to the SAP system.
- Overseeing shipping operations, checking for duplicate shipments, and flagging discrepancies to the team.
- Reconciling all provinces monthly in SAP (each with different tax rates) and preparing CRA submission documents.
- Processing month-end refunds in SAP and clearing inventory discrepancies.
- Managing WooCom–SAP integration, troubleshooting system disconnects.
- Handling inventory write-offs with documented email approvals.
- Investigating inventory discrepancies using SAP reports and physical count data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated experience with SAP ERP, including accounts payable/receivable, inventory modules, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in inventory management platforms and familiarity with SKU management workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian provincial tax requirements and CRA compliance processes.
- Experience managing e-commerce and ERP integrations (WooCommerce–SAP or similar).
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recurring month-end deadlines.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time position (16-20 hours per week to start, and a potential for Full-time in the future), with a fully ONSITE/IN-OFFICE work arrangement.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required to support account needs across time zones.
- Office-based work will take place at Surrey Office.
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
