Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team in Canada. Based in your local area, you will play a vital role in maintaining and installing electrical systems that support our clients' needs and ensure safety and compliance across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and institutional settings.
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute electrical installations.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on low voltage systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
- Document work performed and report issues to supervisors.
- Assist with renovation projects as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrician with knowledge of industrial systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with low voltage wiring and systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers is a plus.
