As a Crew Member at Simon's Prime Hamburgers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, food safety standards, and efficient service. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare burgers, fries, poutines, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Assemble orders quickly and accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.

Pay: $17.60-$33.40 per hour
