Job Title: Business Support Coordinator
About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, community‑minded professional to support women business owners through education, training, and practical business guidance. This role also leads our social media, marketing, and event coordination to strengthen visibility and engagement across Prince Edward Island.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in providing one‑on‑one support to women entrepreneurs (business planning, marketing, financial literacy, operations).
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship activities.
- Support the social media efforts in planning content, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the team in planning and executing events, including networking sessions and community outreach.
- Maintain program data and assist with reporting.
· Demonstrates strong initiative and excel both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
· Communicates effectively across multiple formats, including written correspondence, in‑person interactions, and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with social media management and event planning.
- Subject to funding requirements through Skills PEI Graduate Mentorship Program.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Central Bedeque, PE
