Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving furniture or equipment for thorough cleaning.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required by the job.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.
