Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Prepare and serve breakfast offerings with attention to quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and special accommodations to enhance their stay
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and breakfast service stations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary
- Support administrative tasks such as logging guest information, reservations, and special requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in multiple languages are highly desirable
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest needs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light food preparation duties
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality standards is advantageous
