Building Superintendent/ Maintenance

What does a building maintenance do?
- Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Small plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry;
- Clean up of main entrance and community room;
- Unit inspections with management;
- Supervise trades on site.
Salary information: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance).
Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry.
Candidates with previous experience in this position are a must.
