We are looking for two people to help take care of a high-quality, well-maintained, quiet Burlington building.
Suitable for Semi-Retired.

Qualifications:
- A can-do attitude and desire to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Having a general understanding of building systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is helpful, but not an application requirement
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and vacuuming
- Daily walk-through of parking area and grounds
- Small repairs as required
- Prepare suites for new tenants
- Clear pathways and walkways during the winter
- Shared on-call
One person may have outside work.
Compensation:
· A lovely 2 Bedroom apartment: market rent is approximately $1800/month
· Additional $2200/month
· Total Starting Compensation: $48,000.
