Job Tasks and Duties:
Listing Coordination Duties:
- Coordinate all Components of a Listing from Start to Finish
- Attend Clients homes for Property Notes, Staging Notes and anything required in
- person to successfully facilitate the listing
- Facilitate staging and De-Staging needs
- Drop off Lockboxes, Riders, Listing Materials etc...
- Prepare Listing Paperwork and Documentation and Docusign accordingly
- Draft Listings to be ready to publish to MLS
- Communicate Feedback to Clients
- Facilitate Marketing accolades for each listing
- Manage Broker Bay, TREB, RAHB and other MLS Avenues
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors and team agents
- Attend Home Inspections, Open Houses, Revisits, and Showings if required
- Assist in facilitating and communicating offers if required
Overall Office Assistance:
- Organize and send out: thank you cards, seasonal gifts or things of value, end of
- year calendars etc
- Drop off Gifts to Clients homes as required
- Assist with Team Events (Easter in the Park, Client Appreciation, Pumpkin Fest)
- Facilitate Walk ins, answer phones, and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Work in team Database to ensure client notes and follow up tasks are up to date
- All additional task as required

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
