Job Title: Digital Marketing & Video Content Creator
Location: SVP Sports Head Office - 6931 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto ON
The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content weekly for use across social media platforms, digital advertising, and in-store TV screens. During major events such as grand openings and special promotions, you will be required to be on site to capture video footage using a professional camera, drone, and iPhone, and to complete and deliver video edits the same day.
This position does not involve the setup or management of digital advertising campaigns or related budgets. It is a fully in-office role with no remote work option and will require occasional travel to other store locations.
Graphic design experience is considered an asset. Candidates should possess a strong visual sensibility and a solid understanding of core design principles, including colour, proportion, harmony, and balance. A general working knowledge of social media platforms, along with hands-on experience, is required. A working knowledge of AI applications is also an asset.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing initiatives supporting store openings, promotional events, and sale periods.
This role will require you to create the following:
- Video creation for Reels
- Video creation for digital ads (all platforms such as Google & YouTube)
- Video creation for events (Grand Opening, Charity Golf Tournament, Warehouse Locations, Sale Events)
- Video creation for In-Store TV Screens
- Content creation for Digital Signage
- In-Store Signage

Key Qualifications:
Videographer: Experience with videography on professional cameras, drone operation and iPhone is required. Editing these videos with an eye for design is also required.
● Design Expertise: A natural eye for design with an understanding of visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
● Strong Communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely in writing and through design.
● Previous Experience: Previous experience filming and editing videos is a must; graphic design experience is an asset.
