Handyman Technician – Repairs & Professional Cleaning
Location: 70 Pacific Ct #6, London, ON N5V 3R5
Pay Rate: $24.00–$33.00/hour (based on experience, skills, certifications, and tools)
About the Role
Are you a skilled fixer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys variety? We are a growing, reputable company with over 50 years of combined industry experience, and we are looking for a dependable Handyman Technician to join our team.
In this role, no two days are the same. Our technicians service both residential and commercial clients throughout Southwestern Ontario, completing a variety of repairs, installations, and specialty professional cleaning projects.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
General Repairs & Installations
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, minor carpentry, flooring, tile work, caulking, and general repairs.
- Install and repair doors, windows, hardware, eavestroughs, gutters, and downspouts.
Kitchen & Bathroom Services
- Perform minor kitchen and bathroom repairs and renovations.
- Complete toilet, sink, fixture replacements, and light plumbing repairs.
- Complete professional cleaning projects, including commercial kitchen cleaning, kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, pressure washing, and other specialty cleaning services (specialized training provided where required)
Exterior Services
- Perform pressure washing and exterior maintenance services.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience in handyman work, home renovations, or general repair services.
- Comfortable performing both technical repair work and professional cleaning tasks.
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License.
Clean driving record.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Assets (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Own tools.
- Carpet cleaning experience.
- Trade certifications or related safety training.
