Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Me Va Me Rutherford and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Lead staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and payrol
- Monitor inventory and order supplies.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations are followed.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales and work toward achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
