The Role
As a Bartender, you're not just making drinks — you're creating a vibe. You’ll be the go-to behind the bar, crafting classic and creative cocktails, pouring cold local beer, and delivering personable, upbeat service to both bar guests and floor servers. If you know how to read the room, stay cool under pressure, and keep things fun and efficient, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Mixing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine with speed, accuracy, and consistency

Providing friendly, informed, and engaging service to guests at the bar and in the lounge

Preparing and restocking the bar for service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift

Working closely with servers to ensure fast, smooth drink service across the restaurant

Having in-depth knowledge of our beverage list, including beers on tap, wines, and house cocktails

Handling payment transactions quickly and accurately

Following all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols

Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive team culture

Helping out with other FOH duties as needed
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale casual setting
-
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and local craft beer
-
Banquet service and/or golf course restaurant experience is an asset
-
Friendly and outgoing, with a strong team mindset and a guest-first attitude
-
Calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented
-
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a genuine interest in hospitality
-
Ability to multitask and communicate clearly in a fast-paced setting
Must have Serving It Right certification
