Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Back of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and hospitality within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare enough dried goods, meat, frozen items, mushrooms and vegetables for next shift;
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
- Refill source bar, clean sauce bar surfaces and change sauce containers;
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:30 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
