Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Millwork Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience working with cabinetry, woodworking machinery, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. (NO SUBCONTRACTOR)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble cabinets and custom millwork components
- Operate woodworking machinery (panel saw, edgebander, CNC, etc.)
- Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in production
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience in cabinetry or millwork (1–3+ years preferred)
- Ability to use woodworking tools and machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Physically capable of lifting materials when required
