Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a high-paced restaurant role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Weekend and evening availability is essential. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
