Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, including eyelash extensions, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a professional and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and Laser Hair Removal with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products
- Manage retail sales by upselling products and treatments to clients
- Greet clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, and handle check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and managing client records
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state requirements
- Experience with eyelash extensions is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proven ability to upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare setting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members
- Front desk experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for administrative duties
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
