Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in full cycle bookkeeping and strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. Experience in construction bookkeeping will be highly valued.
Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Pro - Desktop
- Be responsible for all bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to payroll, GST/ PST filing, financial reports, bank and credit card reconciliation, and others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data accuracy
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and mailing documents
Qualifications
- 3-5 years bookkeeping
- Quickbooks Desktop experience (preferred)
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
