Job Summary:
The candidate will work the line at Dolma Eatery and work the production line
- making basic prep and realizing sandwich to order
- managing the line by rotating prep and managing display
- be able to work alone and comfortable to talk to costumer (open Kitchen)
- new restaurant so be ready for a new challenge.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Culinary Education (will be considering an asset)
Experience
- Experience in line cooking
- Previous management experience will be considering an asset.
- Previous kitchen experience is a must
- Pastry experience will be considering an asset
Work Setting
