Situated in the beautiful Bow Valley, surrounded by mountains we service and repair a broad range of equipment and vehicles either at our licenced repair / inspection facility or out on our customers jobsites.
We are responsible for small to medium sized fleets that range from heavy equipment to light trucks and everything in between and are looking for skilled technicians to fill specific roles in the company but can also tailor positions to individuals stronger or preferred skill sets.
Living and working in the mountains we understand you want enjoy the mountains too and offer flexible 4-5 day work weeks, 40-45hrs a week.
Job description
Licenced Heavy Duty Technician,
Job is work workshop or mobile / on-site as preferred [service trucks are supplied]
Will be required to work on a large variety of trucks and equipment
Eg: Heavy trucks / Trailers, School buses, skid-steers, zoom-booms, aerial platforms, excavators (This can be tailored to to applicants preferred skill set)
Additional qualifications preferred:
- Class 1 or 3 license (Q endorsement)
- AB Transportation Vehicle inspection technician Licence
We are looking for friendly individuals with a good work ethic and a positive attitude. Successful candidates will have a willingness to learn, liaise one on one with customers and must have good communication skills, be able to work independently or with others. Accurate record keeping will be required.
- Starting wages $50to $60 p/h depending on qualifications and experience.
- Flexible work schedule 4-5 days / 40-45hrs per week
Two weeks paid vacation, all stats including optionals [13days], lieu time, sick pay, pre paid heath spending account and other benefits to be discussed
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on heavy-duty equipment, including trucks, excavators, forklifts, skidsteers and more
- Utilize hand and power tools to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- carry out safety inspections
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers to address their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Experience:
- Mechanical: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Red Seal (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
